WHAT MAKES CEGSS DIFFERENT?

Unlike other research organizations, CEGSS is not limited to only publishing research findings. For CEGSS, research and publications are only parts of a comprehensive process that includes: a) the transfer of knowledge generated by research, to populations that are directly affected by the problems investigated b) implementing capacity building processes aimed to community organizations to use evidence/knowledge in social mobilization processes and c) implementing strategic advocacy processes. In addition to the above, all the issues CEGSS investigates surge from both the interest and demand of community organizations that CEGSS has the privilege to work with.
